Overview The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources (HR) related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, people development/succession planning and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. The role involves managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assisting in Global HR initiatives. Advise on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures & processes. Role spans more than one functional specialization within HR. What does the role involve? Scope: Entry point into HRBP function - advises on HR policy and assists with implementation of HR procedures & processes. Role spans more than one functional specialization within HR. What you need is: 5-10 years of HRBP experience (operation and strategic) TA experience (developing hiring plan to execution) International experience (volunteering work, overseas assignment or studies) High learning agility, connect with people Experience in working in complex environment, matrix and multinational organizations Why should you apply?
