Overview The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources (HR) related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups. What you need is: 5-10 years of HRBP experience (operation and strategic) TA experience (developing hiring plan to execution) International experience (volunteering work, overseas assignment or studies) High learning agility, connect with people Experience in working in complex environment, matrix and multinational organizations Why should you apply?
