The Project-based Finance Admin Assistant will work on the Accounting Department's projects to organize files and records and assist in regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Assist in document safekeeping and record filing
- Support bookkeeping tasks
- Help provide audit requirements for regulatory and statutory purposes
- Serve as the point of contact for the Accounting Department's projects and activities
- Address inquiries from employees regarding accounting activities and projects
- Participate actively in the administrative aspects of all accounting projects
- Liaise with different stakeholders within the department
- Coordinate with third-party vendors involved with the department's activities
- Support projects across various departments within the FSC Group according to project milestones

Education and Work Background
