Your Role As a Senior Commercial and Pricing Analyst, you will: Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and insightful commentary on business performance. Provide robust financial analysis and modeling to support commercial decision-making across product lines, customers, and suppliers. Conduct profitability assessments and margin analysis to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Excel. Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders, providing value-added insights and strategic support. Own and maintain financial and commercial master data files to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems. Challenge the status quo, promote best practice, and champion continuous improvement within the function. What You Need: Non-negotiables Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with CPA/CA qualification. 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a large corporate environment. Advanced skills in Excel (including financial modeling) and TM1. Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen. Preferred skills/expertise Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly Pronto. Expertise with reporting and data visualization tools, specifically Power BI. Experience in commercial finance or a business partnering role. Knowledge of data governance practices within a finance function. Background in an industry that requires monitoring external market factors (e.g., exchange rates, raw material costs).
