Your Role: As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will: Maintain and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes using Planful Partner with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities Build dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance Extract and reconcile financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting Provide ad hoc analysis and assist with Board reporting Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet ongoing needs What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Experience working with accounting software for GL and transactional data Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred skills/expertise Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
