We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Global Operations & Technology Finance team supporting Facilities. This role will interface with business partners in the US, Europe, and Asia to consolidate and optimize facilities planning. Job Responsibilities: Manage global facilities monthly, quarterly, and annual close and forecasting processes. Collaborate with international facilities business partners to forecast opex, capex, and headcount. Gather, analyze, reconcile, and interpret data to provide actionable insights. Conduct weekly data tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Create reports to track and communicate key metrics and trends. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus. 4-6 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment. Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP, Anaplan, and/or PowerBI is preferred. Strong communication skills to present complex information clearly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
