We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Global Operations & Technology Finance team supporting Facilities. This role will interface with business partners in the US, Europe, and Asia to consolidate and optimize facilities planning.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage global facilities monthly, quarterly, and annual close and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with international facilities business partners to forecast opex, capex, and headcount.
  • Gather, analyze, reconcile, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct weekly data tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create reports to track and communicate key metrics and trends.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
  • 4-6 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP, Anaplan, and/or PowerBI is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
