The Role We’re looking for a self-motivated Finance Analyst based in the Philippines to join us full-time. You’ll be at the heart of delivering clear, powerful financial insights to charity CEOs and trustees. You’ll own monthly close processes, prepare management accounts, and help shape financial stories that drive decisions. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs for UK charities. Managing the full month-end process - accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, journals. Preparing cash flow forecasts, variance analysis and scenario modelling. Turning numbers into clear insights that non-finance people can understand. Supporting charity audits and year-end accounts preparation. Helping improve financial processes and controls as our clients grow. Working closely with a small but high-performing global team. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant ( ACCA / CPA / CIMA / ACA). Has strong experience working with Xero, Sage and QuickBooks (ideally with certifications). Has 2-3 years of post qualified experience with exposure to UK GAAP/IFRS or international standards. Is confident preparing management accounts, not just processing transactions. Communicates clearly and can explain numbers in plain English. Is self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while managing multiple clients. Takes ownership, solves problems, and gets things done. Bonus if you’ve worked with charities, non-profits, or shared services before. What We Offer Above-market salary. 100% remote work.
