Job Description The responsibilities of the Financial Analyst include: Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Product Marketing and Product Development teams. Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends. Assist in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers. Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions. Compile and assess monthly financial commentary for accuracy and clarity. Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions. Manage and improve financial models and reporting tools. Collaborate with Financial Control and Business Support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen controls. The Successful Applicant To be successful, candidates should: Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an interest in a finance career. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets. Be driven, detail-oriented, and capable of producing accurate work under pressure. Be willing to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA. Have excellent planning, organization, and time management skills. Possess a collaborative mindset with professionalism and a continuous improvement attitude, ideally with FP&A experience.
