SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Specialist Location: Metro Manila Work setup & shift: Remote | Night shift Overview Position: SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Specialist Company: MicroSourcing 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants — removed in refinement Your Role Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and performance analysis. Monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality scores, and other key campaign metrics. Provide creative ad copy suggestions and graphical ad templates to improve campaign effectiveness. Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and communicate optimization recommendations to clients. Track performance using dashboards and key reporting tools to identify insights and areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams on campaign development, timelines, results, and continuous optimization. Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and growth opportunities to clients both virtually and in person. Prepare client-facing attribution reports using internal and third-party tools such as Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics. What You Need Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 1–2 years of experience managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns across multiple advertisers Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Preferred skills/expertise Experience in creating, optimizing, and reporting on PPC campaigns using Search Ads 360 Ability to think creatively and develop new campaign strategies High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
