ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead and oversee brand marketing (online & offline), promotions and market research. You'll strategize and implement brand programs, analyze their performance, and ensure compliance—all aimed at advancing our brand image and achieving key results across territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute brand marketing and digital strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, FB Ads, and web updates.
  • Lead promotions and campaigns, coordinating content with designers, customer care, and external partners.
  • Manage marketing budgets and reporting, ensuring ROI-driven spend and actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research and CRM management to guide strategies, track customer behavior, and maintain subscriber/competitor data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a marketing supervisory role or similar capacity.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in traditional and digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

  • Strong writing, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and deliver insights.
  • Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Technical Familiarity: Google & FB Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Canva, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, CMS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
