Job Highlights Hourly Rate : Approximately PHP 580 Schedule : Monday to Friday,12:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Melbourne, Australian Eastern Time Work Arrangement : Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Design compelling marketing materials and graphics using Canva for various campaigns and promotions Create and distribute engaging monthly newsletters to maintain customer relationships and drive retention Update and maintain the company website with fresh content, promotions, and business information Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms, creating content that resonates with the Australian wellness community Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive local awareness and increase lead generation Develop marketing assets and campaigns tailored for seasonal business cycles and competitive periods Collaborate directly with the business owner to align marketing efforts with business objectives Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI and strategy Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints Requirements: Proficiency with Canva for professional graphic design and marketing material creation Strong social media management skills with demonstrated success across multiple platforms Website management experience with ability to update content and maintain site functionality Email marketing and newsletter creation expertise with a focus on engagement and conversion Bonus if you have Google Ads certification and experience in data-driven ad optimization Experience in the wellness, fitness, or health industry is a plus Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Reminder: Kindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
