Product Trainer

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging product training on model range, key features, technology, and competitive advantages
  • Adapt training for different sales audiences and experience levels
  • Develop training toolkits, quick guides, and digital learning modules aligned with marketing campaigns - Sales Enablement
  • Simplify technical details into customer-friendly messaging for effective sales conversations
  • Provide sales teams with product comparisons, FAQs, and selling stories to enhance customer persuasion
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for dealership trainers to ensure consistent knowledge transfer
  • Evaluate product training effectiveness through assessments, mystery shopping, and sales performance analysis
  • Continuously refresh training materials based on new products, customer insights, and competitor moves
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong product and technical knowledge, with ability to simplify complexity for sales use
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop engaging content in both classroom and digital formats
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to enable sales success
