Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging product training on model range, key features, technology, and competitive advantages
- Adapt training for different sales audiences and experience levels
- Develop training toolkits, quick guides, and digital learning modules aligned with marketing campaigns - Sales Enablement
- Simplify technical details into customer-friendly messaging for effective sales conversations
- Provide sales teams with product comparisons, FAQs, and selling stories to enhance customer persuasion
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for dealership trainers to ensure consistent knowledge transfer
