Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Language Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective language training programs focused on enhancing communication and soft skills within a professional environment—particularly in support of new hires and current employees in the Financial Line of Business (LOB).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization, and other communication-related training programs as part of new hire onboarding across various accounts.
- Design, enhance, and facilitate additional training programs aligned with our internal University curriculum, focusing on leadership development and communication tools.
- Evaluate the language proficiency of employees who require further language support and provide targeted coaching and training.
- Develop and implement action plans for continuous language development based on performance and operational needs.
- Organize and deliver structured language support sessions aimed at improving English communication and fluency.
- Participate in voice assessments during the recruitment process and provide feedback on candidates\' communication skills.
- Work closely with Operations Management to ensure consistent use of the English language across the call floor.
- Support and help manage Language Incentive Programs, ensuring alignment with performance goals and language standards.
Basic Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must be college-level or a Senior High School graduate (SHS graduates are welcome to apply).
- Prior experience as an ESL teacher, virtual assistant, or within the academe is an advantage.
- Call center/BPO experience is not required, but is a plus.
- Computer-literate; proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong presentation, instructional, and research skills.

- Serve as the first point of contact to manage multiple accounts during their implementation
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Envoy platform as well as project management methodologies
- Work directly with our customers to deploy a range of products within our workplace platform
- Drive a streamlined implementation plan following Envoy\'s guidelines for scaled onboarding
- Have impeccable follow up with client calls, emails, and training
- Deliver engaging enablement sessions to successfully onboard key user roles
- Be the Voice of the Customer by helping drive escalations to resolution as well as by gathering and managing product feedback requests
- Execute on both 1:1 video calls and one-to-many customer engagement strategies for your segment of customers
- Ensure Envoy customers derive maximum value from their investment in our platform, utilizing key features and products
- Represent Envoy as a domain and product expert in customer interactions
- Always push for industry-leading NPS scores.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience managing relationships with software or services clients in a B2B sales or account management role
- 1+ years of implementation experience OR experience driving projects for customers
- Knowledge of change management skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience with deadlines
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization
- Training curriculum development and delivery is a plus
- Previous experience in a startup environment and using Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus
