Overview: The Bid/Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids and proposals to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements. This role supports the sales team by coordinating with technical and operations teams, ensuring all commercial and technical data are properly compiled and presented. The Bid/Sales Specialist also assists in identifying opportunities, maintaining client records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit bid documents, proposals, and quotations in a timely manner. Coordinate with sales, technical, and logistics teams for pricing, requirements, and project details. Maintain and track all bidding activities, deadlines, and follow-ups. Review client requests and ensure compliance with all bid requirements and formats. Support sales reporting, documentation, and customer database maintenance. Assist in analyzing bid outcomes and identifying areas for improvement. Ensure consistency and professionalism in all client communications and documents. Key Competencies: Accuracy and Attention to Detail Coordination and Time Management Communication and Client Service Data Management and Reporting Team Collaboration Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, bidding, or proposal preparation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
