RESPONSIBILITIES The role will be working in collaboration with Sales Team and Business Development/Marketing team to coordinate and deliver the bid preparation for all bids received. Monitor government procurement portals (e.g., PhilGEPS) and other relevant databases to identify potential bidding opportunities aligned with the company products. Contribute to the formulation of the bidding strategy, taking into consideration client trends, requirements, competitors’ approach and team’s configuration and capacity. Develop and maintain the bid/proposal submission timeframe ensuring that inputs are submitted on time. Promote best practice bidding and sharing learning across the organization and through reviews on bidding and bidding processes. Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all technical and commercial requirements are met as specified in solicitation documents. Ensure all bid submissions comply with government regulations, procurement policies, and company standards. Conduct detailed reviews of all bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission. Track and monitor the status of submitted bids, providing timely responses to any clarifications or additional information requests from government agencies. Manage and prepare documents for client accreditations Liase and provide support to sales team and customers Manage the transportation and hotel accommodations Provide admin support Prepare SOA and follow up customer payments Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 2 years of experience in bidding process, proposal development, admin support Strong understanding of the bidding process and familiarity with government, commercial, or institutional bidding procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, conduct financial analysis, and make informed decisions. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in using bid management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
