Job Overview Shopee’s Scommerce is the retail and fulfillment arm of Shopee, empowering sellers on the platform with a suite of services to streamline operations, scale e‑commerce businesses, and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities Conduct detailed cost analysis and develop cost models for new warehouse projects and expansion initiatives. Track committed cost targets to ensure alignment with financial targets and adjust projections based on updated supply and demand data. Analyze labor, materials, and operational costs to assess project feasibility and budget requirements. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather data, understand project specifications, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets, timelines, and risk assessments related to potential delays or scope changes. Support procurement activities by analyzing vendor costs and pricing strategies for warehouse materials and services. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting warehouse costs. Qualifications At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, project management, or warehouse/logistics operations. Technical Skills High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis capabilities. Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and cost estimation tools is a plus. Analytical & Strategic Thinking Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a cost‑conscious and data‑driven approach. Ability to assess financial feasibility and identify cost‑saving opportunities in warehouse operations. Communication & Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino. Ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Project & Time Management Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines. Mobility & Flexibility Willingness to travel to warehouse locations and project sites as needed.
