Summary
The position is reporting to the APAC Supply Chain Finance Director and supports the Regional Associate Manager for Procurement Finance. The role focuses on operational activities including EM costs cards maintenance, monthly manual price variances reconciliation, tracking supplier rebates & discounts and performing control activities around capital investments made at 3rd party.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare 3rd party manufacturers (EM) cost cards for new SKU's
  • Revise EM cost cards for bi-annual updates
  • Reconcile and track EM monthly price variances
  • Reconcile and track Supplier rebates and discounts
  • Support monthly closing activities by ensuring accurate recording of SCJ liabilities/receivables to EM and Suppliers
  • Perform controls on Capital investments made at our suppliers and EM
  • Coordinate Fixed Assets verification at 3rd party in accordance with SCJ Internal Control Framework
  • Support budget by sharing latest cost cards information with the Costing team during budget
  • Support the Regional Associate Manager for Procurement Finance on ad-hoc operational activities

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 2 years work experience in the same function
  • Strong personal ownership and drive for Results
  • Excellent analytical and process mapping skills
  • Attention to details
  • Has strong orientation towards continuous improvement with LEAN oriented mindset
  • Demonstrate ability to partner with different functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Autonomous

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies

  • Preferably CMA or CPA
  • Experience in SAP is a plus factor
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions and macros

Job Requirements

  • Full-time, permanent employment
  • Onsite work setup (M-F); remote work once a week is available after 3 months
  • Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays thru Fridays)
  • Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
  • This role is not eligible for relocation
