It offers a range of seller tools and solutions to optimize their online businesses, including fulfillment and retailing services for brands and sellers. By streamlining operations, Scommerce helps sellers scale their e‑commerce business efficiently. Additionally, it enhances the customer experience by reducing buyer waiting time, strategically positioning inventory closer to buyers, and ensuring high product quality. Job Description Conducts detailed cost analysis and develops cost models for new warehouse projects and expansion initiatives. Tracks committed cost targets to ensure alignment with financial targets and adjusts projections based on updated supply and demand data. Analyzes labor, materials, and operational costs to assess project feasibility and budget requirements. Collaborates with project managers and stakeholders to gather data, understand project specifications, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Prepares comprehensive financial reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Monitors project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets, timelines, and risk assessments related to potential delays or scope changes. Supports procurement activities by analyzing vendor costs and pricing strategies for warehouse materials and services. Stays updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting warehouse costs. Requirements At least a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, project management, or warehouse/logistics operations. Technical Skills High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis capabilities. Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and cost estimation tools is a plus. Analytical & Strategic Thinking Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a cost‑conscious and data‑driven approach. Ability to assess financial feasibility and identify cost‑saving opportunities in warehouse operations. Communication & Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino. Ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Project & Time Management Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines. Mobility & Flexibility Willingness to travel to warehouse locations and project sites as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
