OF INCUMBENTS 1 DIVISION Corporate Services LOCATION National Office MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide effective and accurate administrative and co-ordination services with respect to Learning and Talent Management KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS ❖ Provide Learning and Talent Management administrative support ❖ Provide Performance Management administrative support ❖ Provide Learning and Development administrative support ❖ Administer Learning and Talent Management procurement and payment of invoices ❖ Develop and maintain Learning and Talent Management filing and record management ❖ General administration REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION ❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Human Resources Management/Human Resource Development REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE ❖ 2-3 year’s work experience in HR administration or Learning & Development/Talent Management ❖ Knowledge of all Relevant Legislation CRITICAL COMPETENCIES ❖ Communication ❖ Problem-Solving & Decision-Making ❖ Planning & Organising ❖ Monitoring & Evaluation ❖ Performance Driven ❖ Team Work ❖ Policy Adherence NB: The appointment of candidates will be made in line with SEDA’s Employment Equity Plan.
