Overview

Based on the organization's vision, mission, and strategic plans, as supported and in coordination with the other departments, the primary function of the job is to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective daily business operations, oversee workflows, manage teams, and implement strategies that drive productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The responsibility for providing and monitoring a seamless fulfillment of online orders, the inflow and outflow of online orders through the Omnichannel, performing inventory updates via shared GDrive files and through dashboard reviews, and working closely with other departments supporting the operations to make sure that daily activities are smoothly executed, online orders are well-processed and ensuring the records are well-kept for reporting, tracking, auditing, and review.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage teams, optimize workflows, maintain accuracy of inventory, and support strategic goals to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure seamless fulfillment of online orders and manage the inflow and outflow of orders through Omnichannel processes.
  • Perform inventory updates and maintain records for reporting, tracking, auditing, and review.
  • Provide and monitor processes for returns and refunds, plus resolve related issues.

Education / Experience / Specialization / Technical Knowledge
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • With at least 2 years of e-commerce-related work experience.
  • Proven experience in operations & inventory management, supervision, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business environments.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and operational tools.
  • Good mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Job-related skills and Abilities
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of operational staff to ensure smooth workflow and high performance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory.
  • Manage return disputes.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets established goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Train, mentor, and support employees to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to operational activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and service quality.
