E-Commerce Specialist supports the implementation and execution of the company's online sales strategy to drive revenue growth across digital platforms. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, product listings, promotions, and digital marketing efforts. Working closely with the E-Commerce Manager and cross-functional teams, the E-Commerce Specialist ensures seamless online customer experiences, optimized digital campaigns, and accurate product data that reflect the brand’s retail goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, etc.).

  • Upload and maintain accurate product information including descriptions, prices, and images.

  • Coordinate product launches, sales campaigns, and promotions in alignment with marketing calendars.

  • Monitor website performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to ensure optimal user experience and service quality.

  • Implement SEO strategies and content optimization to increase organic traffic.

  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to fulfill orders and resolve issues.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics.

  • Support A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve conversion rates.

  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices in the retail industry.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.

  • Familiarity with online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising tools.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for improving customer experience and driving online sales.

  • Experience with graphic design or photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

  • Monday to Friday (On-site)

  • 8am-6:30pm, 9am-7:30pm, or 10am-8:30pm

  • Located in Bagumbayan Libis QC, near Eastwood.
