Core responsibilities

  • Strategy and operations:

Develop and implement the company's online sales strategy, optimize the e-commerce platform, and manage inventory levels.
- Marketing and promotion:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, which may include email marketing, social media, and paid search (PPC).
- Website optimization:

Ensure the website is user-friendly, maintain its aesthetic and functional consistency, and improve site speed.
- Data analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, cost per click, and average order value to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Customer experience:

Manage customer service issues related to online purchases and ensure a seamless customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
- Team and stakeholder management:

Lead an e-commerce team, collaborate with other departments (like IT, creative, and sales), and manage relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and shipping companies.
- No previous team management experience is required for this position.
- Security:

Work with security specialists to ensure the website's security, protect customer data, and guarantee the payment system is secure.
