Role Overview

We are looking for a Guest Support & Operations Analyst to handle overnight guest communications and backend operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Guest Communications & Support
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests across multiple platforms.
  • Provide phone support for urgent guest needs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
  • Operational & Administrative Support
  • Perform booking cleanup and resolve reservation conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and profiles.
  • Manage listing accuracy across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
  • Support accounting tasks (expense tracking, invoice updates, discrepancy reporting).
  • Assist in lead management and follow-ups for property acquisition opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.).
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills .
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and able to work independently during overnight shifts.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of PriceLabs, Beds24, accounting, or lead management.
