Solutions Consultant Lead for Customer Solutions As part of the Solutions Consulting and Architecture group, this role leads the opportunities and works collaboratively with sales, portfolio and product management, and professional services teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and business opportunities in the assigned Center of Excellence (COE) and/or Solutions Group specifically in Customer Experience Solutions. Job Summary Lead opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives and business opportunities supporting the achievement of targets in the assigned Center of Excellence and/or Solutions Group. Job Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor through value-focused selling by talking about outcomes, building bundles with partners, and supporting the Land and Expand program towards solutions groups. Proactively engage with sales teams, customers, partners, and prospects to drive digital transformation initiatives and business opportunities. Design enterprise-grade Customer Experience Solutions and architectures across various industries. Collaborate with Sales Executives throughout the sales lifecycle, including exploratory meetings, demonstrations, workshops to identify business challenges and objectives. Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements, functional and technical challenges, and organizational roadmap. Coordinate opportunity management, including RFI/RFP responses, estimations, proposals, statements of work, and industry solution presentations. Take necessary training and certifications aligned with the supported technologies of the assigned COE. Maintain an innovation mindset and willingness to learn/explore new technologies, skills, and experiences. Research new, emerging technologies relevant to the company’s business strategies. Job Qualifications At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, or PreSales Engineer covering Customer Experience Solutions. Strong technical experience in Customer Experience Solutions and relevant technology stack. Excellent communication, analytical, and solution design skills. Willingness to work in a Hybrid Set-up in Taguig, BGC. Preferably available to start ASAP. Data Privacy Novare values your privacy.
