The User Experience (UX/UI) Designer will be part of the Asia Segment Experience Design community, championing user research, interviews, and surveys. You will translate insights into concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for usability testing and iteration. You will collaborate closely with regional and local market PO and teams to develop and enhance customer and agent experiences.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Be a storyteller—deliver insights about people and behavior in ways that generate empathy, emotion, and engagement from clients and the design team.
  2. Facilitate client problem statement definition by validating product assumptions, advocating for the customer’s perspective, and considering business objectives.
  3. Conduct or support research to understand the business, customers, and agents.
  4. Create maps, personas, and other artifacts to aid understanding and communication.
  5. Plan and run customer and agent research, including observational studies, interviews, usability testing, and other qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights and verify design concepts.
  6. Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
  7. Identify design problems through research analysis and develop elegant solutions to enhance customer experience.
  8. Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups for intuitive user experiences across devices and interfaces.
  9. Rapidly test and iterate designs using storytelling and prototyping methods, from paper sketches to digital prototypes.
  10. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  11. Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.
  12. Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team including designers, researchers, project managers, strategists, and developers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of dedicated UX design experience in complex digital solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
  • Ability to independently solve design challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and processes.
  • Deep passion for human-centered design and advocating for users.
  • Willingness to share knowledge, support teammates, and learn continuously.
  • Openness to feedback and constructive criticism.

Communication:

  • Excellent and persuasive spoken and written English skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills in illustration, photography, or iconography are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience designing AI-driven interfaces.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Google Stitch.
