Job Description As a Settlements & Documentation Prep Officer, you'll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of finance agreements and settlement documentation while collaborating closely with funders, clients, and suppliers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help uphold smooth and compliant financial processes. Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Experience: 3-5 years of experience in settlements, documentation, or finance administration within an Australian or US finance or brokerage company Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian AML/KYC standards and settlement processes Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; ability to compose clear, concise, and professional correspondence Technical Skills: Proficiency with financial portals, databases, and MS Office applications Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Teamwork: Reliable, adaptable, and proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision Your Daily Tasks Review and validate finance agreements and settlement documentation for accuracy prior to client execution and funder submission Ensure all supporting documentation (e.g., Australian Driver's Licenses, Passports, Medicare Cards, Trust Deeds) meets funder requirements Perform thorough checks on tax invoices (AU or US) to confirm adherence to funder criteria for generating or settling finance applicationsMaintain an organized workflow for preparing settlement packs and submitting them accurately and on time Liaise directly with clients, funders, and suppliers; ensure all communication is clear, concise, and professional Manage and update multiple funder databases and portals to track progress and documentation Handle general office and finance administration tasks, such as supplying payout figures, responding to client inquiries, and assisting with ad hoc administrative duties Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in managing sensitive financial data About the Client Our client is a specialist in asset finance, dedicated to helping businesses secure the tools and equipment they need to thrive.
