Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial activities. Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts payable processes. Assist in monthly and annual financial closings related to accounts payable. Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounting Specialist - AP should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment. Strong organisational and communication skills.
