Senior Finance Specialist / Senior Accounting Specialist Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements. Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expenses to ensure financial health. Assist with tax compliance and external audits. Use Xero (or similar accounting software) for bookkeeping and reporting tasks. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field . 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role. Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Xero accounting software is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
