Job description:

To drive the month end processes to ensure that timely and accurate management information is presented to the business and management team

· To prepare the annual statutory accounts and manage auditors through annual audit process

· To prepare and submit annual returns for the company

· To act as custodian of the financial ledgers ensuring that all sub-ledgers are in acceptable order, that balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled and all other ledger maintenance

· Monitor and prepare covenant compliance submissions and other third party financial submissions on ad hoc basis

· To provide all necessary financial input to the winning of new business, turning technical solutions in to profitable new business through preparation of sound well documented price solutions.

· To manage the budget and forecast setting process on a quarterly and annual basis

· To ensure that meaningful and accurate variance analysis is delivered on a monthly basis to assist in better understanding the performance and cost base of the business. To help drive cost controls by tracking of actual costs vs budget – including volume usage and unit prices of these costs

· To provide capital expenditure analysis support to business

· Treasury management and bank payments

· To assist the company MD in all ad hoc projects or requests as necessary

Qualifications

Educational Background: BSA, Must be qualified accountant or equivalent work experience of 8-10 years

Work Experience: experience in finance and construction accounting

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP Knowledge

  • Experience of managing a small team
  • Sound business acumen with the ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
  • Good business reporting skills with a very high level of Excel literacy

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
