About The Role As a Customer Success Associate within the Medical Operations team, you will interact with patients to address concerns and inquiries related to availing Hive Health plan benefits. You will also identify avenues for health plan policy improvements and develop enhancements for patient engagement. As a pioneering team member, you will collaborate with other functions to continually deliver user experience improvements and introduce best-in-class strategies and processes to provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos. Responsibilities Respond to member concerns and support operations during business hours to deliver an extraordinary patient experience, with after-hours support as needed Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into the product development cycle Manage relationships with members and providers Support provider networks and medical operations as needed Develop and communicate customer insights to contribute to Hive’s overall strategy for a differentiated patient experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably nursing or a related medical field At least 1 year of experience in customer success, accounts management, or related fields Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities Benefits Day 1 benefits for full-time employees — comprehensive healthcare coverage for you and your dependents, and paid time off from the start.
