As a Customer Success Associate, you will be challenged to provide amazing support to our customers and photographers worldwide. Your ability to solve concerns for both customers and photographers while delivering a seamless booking experience will fuel Snappr's growth and make it possible for consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography anywhere in the world. You will directly shape how our customers and creators connect. Your work will have a meaningful impact - ensuring businesses everywhere can tell better visual stories.
What you will do- Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting customers worldwide
- Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues
- Work with photographers to resolve disputes around the results of their photoshoots
- In a start-up environment, job duties may shift with customer needs, so flexibility is essential
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
- BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
- Track and monitor CSAT scores, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Fantastic phone manners and email etiquette
- A "let's get it done" mindset
- The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
- Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule
- PHP 30k/month on-target earnings (including performance pay)
- PHP 1.5k-2k transportation allowance
- 20% night differential (if applicable)
