We’re Hiring: User Researcher Specialist We are looking for a User Researcher Specialist to join our growing team If you’re passionate about understanding people, uncovering insights, and helping shape meaningful products, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Design and execute user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, focus groups, usability tests, surveys, data analysis, etc.) Identify user needs, pain points, and motivations, then translate them into actionable insights Produce clear deliverables such as research reports, personas, journey maps, and KPIs Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, data, operations) to influence product decisions Create and maintain research roadmaps, templates, and reusable tools Support A/B testing and experiments to assess UX impact on user behavior Ensure all research follows ethical standards and data privacy guidelines What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, HCI, Statistics, or a related field 2–5 years of hands-on experience in user research (internet/SaaS/mobile apps experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of research methods and ability to run studies end-to-end Skilled in qualitative & quantitative analysis; familiar with SPSS, Excel, R, Python, SQL (a plus) Excellent communication skills—able to turn complex findings into actionable recommendations Experience producing personas, journey maps, task analysis, and scenarios Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives Nice to Have Cross-cultural user research experience Ability to design and conduct home-based or in-person research Familiarity with research ethics, informed consent, and data anonymization Who You Are Empathetic and curious about people Analytical and detail-oriented Results-driven and collaborative Excited about improving products through meaningful insights #J-18808-Ljbffr
