Key Job Objective The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for maintaining brand presence and awareness at, and promoting products on the Company’s various online platforms such as Lazada and Shopee. Job Responsibilities Handle day-to-day operations of the Company’s various online platforms. Process customer orders by coordinating with concerned employees and/or courier services. Update product listings, images, price, stocks, and other relevant contents on the various online platforms. Coordinate with Web Developer, Graphic Artist, SEO Specialist or other concerned employees to ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and contain accurate and up-to-date content. Coordinate with Customer Service Associates for any client concerns. Implement digital marketing campaigns, strategies, and promotions on online platforms. Consult with the E-Commerce Supervisor regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.
