Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite | Mandaluyong) /Temporary WFH Employment Type: Full-Time Duties and Responsibilities Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and attributes across several websites. Ensure pricing, promotions, stock availability, and categorisation are always accurate. Coordinate with Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to support timely launches and updates. Execute product placements, homepage banners, category highlights, and landing pages tailored to each site’s audience. Optimise navigation, search, and filtering functions to maximize discoverability. Develop upsell, cross-sell, and bundling strategies across both consumer and B2B contexts. Understand and share latest trends in UX/UI with the Head of Website Growth and help implement the best practices periodically. Promotions & Campaigns Set up, manage, monitor campaigns, vouchers, and seasonal sales across multiple sites. Partner with Marketing to align promotions with broader campaigns and messaging. Monitor campaign outcomes and adjust merchandising strategies to maximize results. Analytics & Reporting Support the Head of Website Growth to track and analyse category and product performance (conversion, CTR, revenue contribution, AOV). Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Website Growth for each site’s strategy. Identify slow-moving or high-potential SKUs and recommend corrective or growth actions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Marketing and Website Teams (SEO and CRO) to ensure product copy, metadata, and site structure are optimized. Collaborate with Creative for high-quality imagery, videos, and banners customized per site. Coordinate with Digital Marketing to align campaigns and traffic drivers with on-site merchandising. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in website merchandising or e-commerce product management. Proven experience managing multi-website portfolios, ideally across both consumer and B2B. Background in energy, consumer electronics, or industrial products is an advantage. Nice-to-Have: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar). Ability to manage and prioritise merchandising tasks across multiple websites. Analytical mindset with working knowledge in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and both consumer and B2B e-commerce dynamics. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
