Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of online sales operations, including e-commerce platform management, order fulfillment, customer service, and performance analysis. Identify and drive opportunities to increase sales revenue through online channels. Optimize sales operations across digital channels by focusing on revenue growth, executing promotional strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with sales forecasts and overall strategies. Analyze website performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance our e-commerce capabilities. Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to drive high performance and a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or information technology At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in online sales. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Willing to work on site, NO WFH setup (Mandaluyong and/or Quezon City).
