Overview

On-site position located in Mandaluyong (and/or Quezon City). No work-from-home setup. Evidence of 3-5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree is required. This is a full-time role focusing on e-commerce management and online sales operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of online sales operations, including e-commerce platform management, order fulfillment, customer service, and performance analysis.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to increase sales revenue through online channels.
  • Optimize sales operations across digital channels by focusing on revenue growth, executing promotional strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with sales forecasts and overall strategies.
  • Analyze website performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance our e-commerce capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to drive high performance and a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or information technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in online sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Willing to work on site, NO WFH setup (Mandaluyong and/or Quezon City).
