Accounts Payable & Expenses Analyst (Manila) Join Okta as an Accounts Payable & Expenses Analyst to help drive our finance operations in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies; verify documentation and adhere to corporate card guidelines; reconcile corporate credit card statements and resolve discrepancies. Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices; perform 2‑way or 3‑way matching for PO‑backed invoices; handle non‑PO invoices with correct GL coding; verify VAT/EWT compliance and documentation for international transactions; resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform regular accounts payable reconciliations (e.g., vendor statements to GL); assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities; prepare AP‑related reports as required. Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 1‑2 years in accounts payable or related field. Technical Skills: Knowledge of accounting software such as Coupa, NetSuite, and Workday. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem‑solving, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
