Overview At Landers Superstore, we’re transforming the way technology supports our business — and we’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform using low-code and no-code tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative features. You’ll also play a key role in system administration, ensuring efficiency, security, and seamless operations across teams. If you’re passionate about optimizing business processes, driving automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we’d love to have you on board Location: Philippines-based; remote opportunities may be considered where applicable. What You’ll Do Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.). Administer and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and user access. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring optimal platform performance. Configure page layouts, list views, and workflows to match evolving business needs. Maintain data integrity and implement best practices across the platform. Support system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems. Document processes, prepare training materials, and support user adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, business-driven solutions. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and apply new features effectively. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with databases and query languages (e.g., SQL). Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals (application, data, security) and Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud). Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator (configurations, access management). Experience working in Agile environments with project management tools. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
