Proposal Analyst

Proposal Analyst Direct message the job poster from Straive Responsibilities Develop and write responses for a variety of RFPs, RFIs, and other bid documents. Coordinate proposal development, manage timelines and deadlines, and monitor progress. Analyze bid requirements to ensure our proposals are compliant and properly formatted. Work with internal teams like product marketing, engineering, and operations to produce polished, customer-ready proposals. Lead project meetings and track all requirements to ensure full compliance. Maintain a working knowledge of our software and service offerings. Provide high-level technical and marketing responses to customer requests. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the education industry (middle school/high school programs) Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple departments. Knowledge of project management principles and/or certification is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF Professional, and other standard desktop tools is required. Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
