The Role As Marketing Director, you will lead enterprise marketing efforts, shape digital presence and brand voice, and drive growth across all channels. What You'll Do Lead the development of Road Rebel Global’s new website. Create branded marketing collateral, including sales decks, brochures, one‑pagers, and proposal templates. Write and edit marketing copy for collateral, campaigns, and client communications. Manage social media content calendar and post scheduling. Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals. Manage a network of offshore freelancers and vendors to deliver high‑quality outputs at competitive costs. Serve as the single point of contact for all marketing initiatives. Qualifications 5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise services. Experience leading website development projects using WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar. Strong copywriting and collateral development skills. Experience running email marketing campaigns using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Skilled in managing social media content and analytics. Proven ability to manage offshore freelancers/vendors through design, development, and content stages. Strong English communication skills (written and speaking). Detail‑oriented and self‑driven. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: PHP 100,000 – 140,000 per month (≈ USD 1,800 – 2,500). Flexible remote work environment.
