Overview

Sales Operations Specialist - Order Management at Comstor Europe

Location: Manila, Philippines. This role involves processing orders, managing order entry, pricing, and purchasing, with potential to support offices across Asia-Pacific. Flexibility to work across time zones may be required.

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for processing orders we receive from our customers and placing these orders onto our vendors within the adhered SLAs.
  • Become a subject matter expert across order entry, pricing management and purchasing; provide support to offices across Asia-Pacific as needed.
  • Proactively advise customers of outstanding requirements and maintain exceptional customer service for resellers and vendors.
  • Oversee and coordinate the logistics of receiving goods from vendors and delivering them to sites.
  • Perform sales order creation, pricing agreement creation, and purchase order creation.
  • Understand and apply pricing, gross profit, discounts, and margin calculations.
  • Receive intangible goods and send licenses, contracts, and license keys to customers.
  • Use vendor portals and tools to place orders in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams to process an order and manage multiple inboxes for information updates.
  • Undertake continual training to ensure strong knowledge of Westcon – Comstor vendors and technologies.
  • Ensure punctuality to all internal and external meetings.
  • Other duties as requested.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Strong experience in order processing, pricing management, and purchasing.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support Asia-Pacific operations.
  • Understanding of pricing, gross profit, discounts, and margin calculations.
  • Experience using vendor portals and systems to place orders.
  • Proactive communication with customers and internal teams; strong customer service orientation (reseller & vendors).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
