Sales Operations Specialist is a hybrid role that combines direct sales responsibilities with operational tasks aimed at improving sales efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to revenue generation while also ensuring the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
Sales & Sales Operations- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the sales team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs and materials.
- Manage sales tools and resources, ensuring the sales team has access to the necessary information and technology.
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation and campaign tracking.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as order processing, contract management, and customer support.
- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Present product or service offerings to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and develop solutions to streamline operations.
- Implement best practices for sales operations, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to maximize productivity and revenue generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. IT background can apply.
- Proven experience of around 1-2 years in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in sales operations, including CRM management, sales process development, and data analysis
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with sales automation tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales).
- Certification in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in using AI tools
