  • Conduct due diligence for new and existing partner accounts
  • Take full ownership of account onboarding and maintenance activities for merchants and partners of ShopeePay
  • Ensure timely account provisioning using ShopeePay’s CRM and maintain onboarding trackers
  • Facilitate high-quality training for internal and external stakeholders (merchants) as needed
  • Perform procurement activities, coordinate with Procurement, source vendors, file digital PRs, monitor vendor SLAs and payments
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for ShopeePay logistics and deployment activities
  • Ensure quality of service/materials provided by third-party vendors to merchants
  • Manage SKUs of marketing materials in our inventory system
  • Provide insights based on ground observations for QRPh related to Merchant BD strategies
  • Ensure SLAs are met across tasks
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Main roles and responsibilities:
  • Conduct due diligence for partner accounts

  • Facilitate training for stakeholders
  • Handle procurement and vendor coordination
  • Manage logistics and deployment with third-party vendors
  • Maintain quality standards for vendor materials/services
  • Manage marketing material SKUs
  • Provide strategic insights for Merchant BD
  • Meet SLAs for tasks
  • Adhere to communication procedures and policies
Other roles and responsibilities:
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
  • Prepare weekly/monthly management reports
  • Perform related duties as required
  • Track industry trends and campaigns related to QR PH
  • Provide merchant market insights
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Onboarding, Marketing, Finance)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • At least 4 years experience in Fintech industry, after-sales support, or operations
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work quickly, adapt, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ownership mentality and accountability
  • Honest, transparent, and with integrity
  • Follow directives and think independently
  • Proactive, resourceful, logical, critical thinker, growth mindset, team player
  • Amenable to work on weekends/holidays if needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
