  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competition in the real estate & property management industry.

  • Job Title: Sales Account Executive
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop new accounts, maintain client relationships, achieve sales targets, and report on sales activity.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with regular travel for client meetings and presentations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-driven, with strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
