Job Title: IT Administrator & Office Systems Manager (Philippines) Overview Access Care Health is expanding globally, and we’re looking for a hands‑on IT Administrator to lead technology setup and support for our Philippines office. The role focuses heavily on Microsoft 365 administration —managing Teams, SharePoint, and user accounts—while also overseeing office networks, hardware, and daily IT operations across regions (US, UK, Ireland, UAE). You’ll make sure our in‑office and mobile clinical teams stay connected, secure, and efficient. Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 & Cloud Management Manage user accounts, security groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Teams Maintain SharePoint sites, file structures, and permissions Set up and manage Teams Channels, Auto Attendants, and country‑specific phone lines Configure Teams Premium features and shared calendars Collaborate with data and operations teams to maintain smooth cross‑country communication and data sync Onsite IT & Hardware Support (Philippines Office) Set up and maintain computers, monitors, printers, routers, and webcams Configure and monitor local network and Wi‑Fi systems for the PH office and Pods Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and file access issues Maintain hardware inventory in Airtable (labeling, repairs, replacements) Ensure secure and reliable setups for shared workstations and meeting spaces Operations & Administrative Support Handle onboarding/offboarding (email, Teams, device setup, and permissions) Document IT processes, network maps, and access lists Support integrations across Outlook, Airtable, Power BI, and SharePoint Manage backup systems for files, media, and clinical data Cross‑Functional Support Partner with HR and Operations for new hire setups and office logistics Support website maintenance or content uploads (WordPress a plus) Maintain structured file organization and enforce naming standards Preferred Skills & Experience 3+ years of IT administration or technical support experience Expertise in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Teams, and SharePoint Strong networking knowledge (LAN/Wi‑Fi setup, routers, printers) Experience supporting hybrid or multi‑country teams Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Familiarity with Airtable, Power BI, or WordPress is an advantage The Offer Full‑time, permanent role On‑site position (Cebu or nearby preferred) Monday to Friday, U.S. Eastern Time hours (8 PM – 5 AM PH time) #J-18808-Ljbffr
