Overview

Role involves selling dialysis-related machines and consumables, developing territory plans, and building relationships with customers in the dialysis market.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly itinerary and daily post call.
  • Attend meetings with sales team (Twice a day).
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet territory, unit, division, and corporate targets.
  • Manage and develop sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory.
  • Identify key customers and establish solid relationships to promote focus products and the company.
  • Understand competitors and their activities; stay informed on market developments and trends.
  • Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; analyze sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact with prospects, developing relationships, and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain client relationships through support, information, and guidance; seek new opportunities and potential improvements.
  • Plan and propose sales/marketing strategies for management approval.
  • Note: Duties may evolve as needed by the company.
Qualifications
  • College graduate of any business course.
  • Sales experience in healthcare, specifically dialysis, preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience selling into hemodialysis machines and related equipment is desirable but not essential.
Salary & Benefits

Salary: Php 20,000 basic; plus transportation reimbursement (gas, toll) with food reimbursement.

Job Location & Schedule

Priority areas: Manila and Rizal; Cavite and Lower Laguna. Other areas listed are additional.

Work schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday).
