Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing reports and information from our electrical engineers in the UK for accuracy. Creating repair estimates and final quotations for customers. Preparing all necessary documentation following engineer visits. Responding to customer queries and requests via email within agreed timeframes. Assisting other works coordinators with queries as needed. Attending regular remote team meetings to discuss progress and strategies. Meeting weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Requirements Previous experience as an electrical engineer, contractor, or estimator is highly beneficial. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods. Highly organised with excellent planning skills. Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence. Must have a fast and reliable internet connection. Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
