We are expanding our global data team and seeking a talented Senior SQL/ETL Developer based in the Philippines. Salary - ₱90,000 – ₱145,000 per month This is a fully remote role supporting a large enterprise in health services. You’ll act as the technical steward of our mature Microsoft BI stack, you will join a very high caliber team, ensuring data flows reliably to drive high-stakes decisions. Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based) Work from Home Start Date: must be available Immediately November 12th or earlier if possible. What You'll Do As a Senior SQL Developer, you will be the expert ensuring our data ecosystem is robust, efficient, and always available. Your day-to-day will involve: Design, execute, and monitor critical ETL processes, ensuring seamless and timely data flow from source to destination. Write and optimize complex T SQL queries, develop stored procedures, and perform advanced troubleshooting on our Microsoft SQL Server databases to maintain peak performance. Guard reporting platforms: maintain SSRS reports and resolve incidents fast. Manage and resolve issues related to cross-database connectivity, including Linked Servers. Serve as the go-to technical expert for our existing reporting platforms, ensuring all automated and manual data processes run flawlessly. Data Quality Assurance: Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data integrity issues, implementing solutions to maintain the highest standards of data quality. What We're Looking For (Required Skills) We're looking for a proven expert with hands-on experience in: Microsoft SQL Server: 7+ years of deep, practical experience with T‑SQL programming, query optimization, and database administration. Must have excellent communications, previous experience working with countries, US, Australia, New Zealand, UK will be highly regarded. ETL & Data Integration: Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and managing data integration processes using SSIS within a Visual Studio environment. Database Automation: Expertise in creating, scheduling, and monitoring SQL Server Agent Jobs to automate critical database tasks. Reporting Platforms: Experience supporting and maintaining reports developed with tools like SSRS (Report Builder). Problem‑Solving Mindset: A methodical approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues and a passion for finding elegant solutions. Experience with Power BI at a basic level is highly desirable. A passion for mathematics and numbers, or previous experience studying math, statistics, physics or similar background is nice to have. Why Join Us?
