Accounts Associate(Remote PH)Client Servicing(with 2-3yrs SG client experience) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Manage several Singapore (SG) clients' end-to-end accounting; deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly closing with review-ready management accounts Prepare SG FRS FS + Audit support File GST F5/F7; maintain IRAS compliant Run payroll in JustLogin/Infotech and IR8A/IR21 Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents or other professional parties Perform administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed Requirements Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA) Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore or has handled Singapore-based clients before (applicants without this requirement will NOT BE SUITABLE) Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Bookkeeping and GST under SG regulation Proficient in MYOB/QuickBooks/Xero Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well with colleagues and clients across jurisdictions Able to communicate effectively in English Nice-to-have: With experience in payroll, GST, JustLogin, Info-tech, audit support, handling Japanese clients Other Details Fully remote role Company-provided laptop 5-day work week (9am-6pm, lunch hour 12-1pm) Thrive in a Dynamic Japanese Accounting Firm Avic NAC is a leading and oldest Japanese accounting firm over 30 years and corporate advisory firm with a strong track record of client satisfaction.
