Process pre-employment requirements and ensure timely completion of documentation. Handle walk-in applicants and participate in job fairs, caravans, and other recruitment events. Coordinate with deployment, payroll, and operations teams for smooth onboarding of hires. Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on application status. Assist in preparing recruitment materials such as job postings, flyers, and announcements. Perform other HR and administrative tasks as needed to support recruitment operations. At least 1 year to 3 years of experience in a recruitment Experience in coordinating interviews and communicating with applicants and internal stakeholders. Background in administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document verification. Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment is an advantage. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding). Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail). Knowledgeable and familiar with various local and international job platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Bound to Saudi Arabia #J-18808-Ljbffr
