Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Work Set-up: Work From Office Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 Schedule: Morning Key Responsibilities Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization to improve organic visibility. Implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements to boost website rankings. Provide technical SEO support, including backlink strategies. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Develop keyword bidding strategies and manage ad budgets effectively. Track conversions and provide regular performance reports. Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Execute audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative optimization. Generate monthly reports on campaign performance and insights. Develop ad creatives and content for marketing campaigns and events. Required Qualifications Proficient in campaign management, keyword optimization, and creative development. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands‑on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
