Job Title Admin & Digital Marketing Officer Location & Work Setup Hybrid / WFH. Preferred location: Pampanga. Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM PHT | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM AEDT. Salary & Holidays Php 50,000 – Php 60,000. Holidays: NSW (AU) Holidays observed. About the Client Our client is a specialist mining services company supporting the Australian and global mining industry with workforce management, maintenance solutions, and drill consumables. Their approach emphasizes strong partnerships with staff, clients, and communities, backed by a reputation for excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, organize inboxes. Maintain and structure internal documentation and file systems; draft, format, and edit reports, proposals, and internal communications. Conduct data entry and ensure accurate database management; assist occasionally with accounts and payroll tasks (preferred but not required). Digital Marketing: Plan and execute content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn); design marketing materials and digital assets using Canva. Coordinate email marketing campaigns and prepare Capability Statements. Maintain and update website content via CMS platforms; manage the CRM database (GoHighLevel preferred). Use AI tools and automations to enhance workflow and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (college level acceptable with relevant experience). 3–5 years experience in admin and/or marketing (less experience may be considered for high‑potential candidates). Strong working knowledge of Canva and social media marketing tools. Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred). Website CMS management experience is a plus. Working knowledge of automation and AI tools. Proficient in data entry and document formatting. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
